Designed for individuals graduating from phase three. The goal of this phase is to continue improving cardiovascular endurance, pulmonary function, muscular strength and endurance, balance and flexibility. Session intensity remains moderate to high and participants are encouraged to train 2-3 days a week with a cancer exercise specialist in a group setting and an additional 2-3 days a week independently.
Patients that complete Phase Three.
Maintain improvements in physiological and psychological function and develop habits of lifetime physical activity. Exercise options may include group activities, open gym or one-on-one training.
