Phase Three

Designed for individuals graduating from phase two. The goal of this phase is to improve physiological values beyond baseline. Improvements should be seen in cardiovascular fitness, pulmonary function, muscular strength and endurance, balance, and flexibility. Participants will now be working at a moderate to hard intensity and are encouraged to train 3 days a week with a cancer exercise specialist and an additional 2-3 days a week independently.
